Tandoori Specialities
All Tandoori dishes are marinated for at least 24 hours in an exotic sauce blended with freshly grounded Punjabi spices, our own Punjabi masala, fresh hers and cooked evenly on skewers in a clay oven known as a Tandoor.
Biryani
A royal dish of Moghul origin consisting of the main ingredient cooked with fried rice (real basmati King of Rice), raisins & almonds. These dishes can be served with vegetable curry, curry OR mint sauce to desired strength. Served with sauce

We are pleased to introduce homestyle cooking. These curries are all made with fresh ingredients, homemade garam masala with crushed garlic, ginger & chillies. These dishes would suit a medium to hot palate & take a little longer to prepare Medium to hot
